In the service industry, many professionals claim to be this or that but don't necessarily come through when it counts. On Ali's business card, he advertises himself as 'experienced, aggressive, honest.' These words couldn't be more true to describe him. I was dealing with a deceptive business practices situation when I first sought out legal help. I felt helpless. Ali was straight to the point with what he could and couldn't do to help me... no BS. Over the course of our entire working relationship, he was timely, persistent, aggressive, and thorough. Working with the business we were dealing with was incredibly stressful, but with Ali, I always felt like I had a competent partner on my side fighting for both me and what was right.
